FIX The Requested Value Cannot be Determined
Connect your iPhone to your PC or Laptop using a USB cable.
Open the Photos app on your PC. This app comes pre-installed on Windows OS.
Once the Photos app is launched, navigate to the left side pane and locate your connected iPhone under Extended Devices. It will appear as Apple iPhone.
Click on Apple iPhone.
The Photos app will commence loading all images and videos from your iPhone. Please be patient as this process may take several minutes to complete.
Wait until all the photos and videos from your iPhone are fully loaded. Depending on the number of files present on your iPhone, this may take some time.
Once the loading process is finished, the message “We are loading your items from ‘Apple iPhone’. This may take a few minutes.” will disappear.
Now, you can access all the photos and videos. From the loaded images and videos, select the items you wish to copy to your PC or Laptop.
Upon selecting items, a tick mark will appear on the selected items. Alternatively, if you wish to copy all items from your iPhone, click on Select All to choose all displayed images and videos.
Once items are selected, the Add button on the top right corner will become enabled.
Click on the Add button.
A import popup will appear. By default, the Pictures folder will be selected, indicating that imported files will be stored in the Pictures folder on your PC.
If desired, you can create a new folder under Pictures by clicking on “Create folder”, setting a name, and then clicking on the Import button.
The import process will begin, displaying “Importing from Apple iPhone to ‘Selected Folder‘”. The duration of this process depends on the amount of data or items selected for import.
Please wait patiently until the import process completes. Once finished, a message will be displayed: “All Set! ‘X files’ were successfully imported from ‘Apple iPhone‘”.
The files have now been successfully copied from your iPhone to your PC or Laptop’s hard drive, resolving any previous errors encountered.
