As of now, there is no option provided by Apple to remove the lock screen shortcut for the flashlight. It is important for users to be cautious while handling their device and to take measures to prevent accidental activation of the flashlight on the lock screen.
So below are few steps which you can take right away to prevent the flashlight from accidentally turning on.
TURN OFF TAP TO WAKE
Tap to wake feature in iPhone wakes up the screen when you tap on the display. So turning off the tap to wake will reduce the possibility of accidental random taps on screen which could turn on the flash.

To turn off the Tap to Wake open Settings

From settings page tap on Accessibility

Under Accessibility tap on the Touch

Turn off the Tap to wake by tapping on toggle
TURN OFF RAISE TO WAKE
Raise to Wake feature wakes up the screen when you raise the phone. So turning this feature too could save you from the unintentional activation of torchlight.
To Turn off the Raise to Wake feature, open Settings

Tap on Display & Brightness

And Turn Off the Raise to Wake by tapping on toggle button
If you want to be extra careful and completely remove Torchlight from the Control Center on your device, you can follow the below steps:
REMOVE FLASHLIGHT FROM CONTROL CENTER
To remove the Flashlight from Control Center on iPhone
Open Settings
Tap on Control Center

From the Included Controls, tap on the – sign appearing against the Flashlight option

Tap on the Remove button

You have successfully removed the Flashlight from the iPhone Control Center
You can cross check by swiping top right side to down to view the Control Center.
Still Control Center Options bothering you or you want to treat the problem without removing the Flashlight shortcut from Control Center, then what you can do is completely disable the control center to appear when phone is locked. So by this way there won’t be any need to remove the Flashlight from the iPhone Control Center.
DISABLE CONTROL CENTER ON LOCK SCREEN
To disable control center to appear when iPhone Screen is locked,
Open Settings
Tap on Face ID & Passcode

Enter Phone Passcode

Scroll down the Face ID & Passcode page and search for Control Center under allow access when locked section
Disable Control Center by tapping on toggle button against Control Center
Now when you lock your phone, you won’t be able to open the Control Center, it can only be accessed when you unlock your phone.
The steps mentioned to remove torch from the lock screen can be followed on any iPhone model and iOS version.
it’s not possible to remove camera and torch from lock screen on iPhone.
