The Mega Shopping Event of the Year has started which is The Flipkart Big Billion Days. This Year the Card Discount Partner of the Flipkart Big Billion Days is HDFC Bank. So on using HDFC Bank Credit Card, Debit Card or Easy EMI, the user gets extra 10% discount or even more depending on the product category.
But this year some of the HDFC Bank Credit Card’s isn’t providing the discounts. This may be due to the recent changes in the Bank’s and eCommerce Terms and Conditions.
When entering the Specific HDFC Bank Credit Card on Flipkart at checkout page, it throws an error “Sorry, This card is not supported. Please use another card or try other payment options.“
On showing this error, the pay button will be grayed out as well as if there is card discount offer it wont get applied. And even if you have made your mind to continue without the discount, even you wont be able to use this card.

Why Sorry, This card is not supported Error Appears
Recently new changes has been done by the bank and the eCommerce which is all the Business or Corporate or Co-branded type of credit card won’t be eligible to receive any discounts and even these cards won’t be able to use for purchase on ecommerce online store such as Flipkart, Amazon etc.
What you can do
You can still use these business or corporate cards wherever it is accepted like offline store etc. But if you wish to use it and get discount of bank offer online on Flipkart and Amazon then you will need to upgrade the card to personal type or you can close this card and apply for fresh personal credit card.
UPDATE: This error has been rectified by Flipkart and now all the Business HDFC Bank Credit Cards are now working and giving discounts. But on co-branded cards discounts are not getting applied.
