DDSSY Renewal is what making you worried? Then here are the steps which you need to follow to get your DDSSY Renewed Online in no time. The Government of Goa is providing the health insurance coverage scheme for the resident’s in the State of Goa in the name of Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana. This scheme can be availed by the people residing in Goa for more than five years.
If you have enrolled yourself and your family members for Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana health card, then you should be knowing that to keep the health insurance policy active the health card needs to be renewed every year. And in-case if you want to update any of the details in your Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana Health Card then it can also be done during the renewal time itself.
Renewed Card is mandatory to avail services at empaneled hospitals from 1st April 2024
The Deendayal Card renewal can be done by visiting the Kendra as well as it can be renewed online using the Deen Dayal Card Renewal Online Goa Service.

The above documents are to be enclosed or uploaded only if you want to update and renew DDSSY Card. In case if you want to perform only renewal without updating then there is no requirement of any documents to be uploaded.

DDSSY Renewal & Update
To update and renew Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana Card visit https://goaonline.gov.in/ (For DDSSY renewal Online Goa is official website)
Register an account by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication on the portal, (make sure that you are a member of DDSSY Health Card, if you are not a member then you won’t be able to renew your card)
Once you are registered, login using your credentials and validate your Aadhaar number in the user profile section
Click on all services under services tab
From the all services section, just click on the Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana (DDSSY) – Renewal under Directorate of Health Services
On the next the screen the instructions to apply will be displayed, to proceed with the renewal and update, just click on the Proceed to Apply
On the next screen, you will need to input your DDSSY Card Number, and from the service, type select whether you want to pay and renew DDSSY Card or you want to update/ add member details and submit a renewal request
As we are doing update and renewal, select Update/ Add Member details & submit a renewal request
Once selecting the service type, enter your DDSSY Number and click on the search button
Generate OTP button will appear, you need to click on the generate otp button to receive OTP on your registered mobile number
Enter the OTP code received on your phone in enter OTP field and click on the validate OTP button
On the next page, your details will appear with family members
If you want to update an family member details then just click on the edit button which is appearing against the member name
You can edit member details such as marital status, gender, date of birth, mobile number, aadhaar number, epic number, relationship with eligible person etc.
Incase if you want to delete any members from the card then just click on the delete button which is appearing against the member name and incase of addition of member just click on the add member button (make sure you will need to submit the document to addition or deletion of the member)
If you want to update the address in the DDSSY Card then just enter the new address under family details section (make sure the address is as per the address proof documents which you would be submitting)
Below the renewal fees will be displayed according to members added in the DDSSY Card
Once entering the necessary details which needs to be updated, just tick mark on the declaration and click on the Save and Proceed to Document Upload
A prompt will appear stating you will be navigated to document upload page, to proceed just click on the OK button
On the next screen you will need to upload the document of the eligible person and members according to the details which you have updated
Upload all the necessary documents asked and accept the declaration by tick marking on checkbox and click on the Save and Proceed to Pay
A prompt will appear, “Are you sure you want to save and proceed to pay?” just click on the OK button
On the next screen payment request confirmation will be displayed, showing the fee summary
Just click on the Proceed to Pay and make the payment using Credit Card or Debit Card or Netbanking
Once payment is done, on the next screen “Your DDSSY renewal with updation application has been received and is under scrutiny. You will be informed via SMS once the application is approved/ rejected message” will appear along with your application acknowledgment number.
Your application will be approved in a few hours, and your card will be renewed and details will be updated if all documents which you have submitted are in order.
DDSSY Renewal
The above method was to update and renew DDSSY Card, in case if you want to only renew your Health Card then follow these below steps.
For Deen Dayal Scheme Goa renewal visit the official website https://goaonline.gov.in/
Signup an account using email address, mobile, date of birth and OTP authentication
Incase if you already hold an account on this portal than you can use the existing login credentials
But to proceed with the deen dayal renewal you should be eligible member or atleast member of the health card
Once logging into the portal, click on the services tab > all services and under Directorate of Health Services click on the Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana (DDSSY) – Renewal
This will open the complete procedure, to proceed to renew click on the Proceed to Apply button
On the next screen you will need to make selection from service type, as here we only need to renew DDSSY Card just select Pay & Renew DDSSY Card Instantly
In the below field enter the DDSSY Card Number, your DDSSY Number will be printed on your card. So refer to your health card and enter the number in below given field
Once entering the number click on the search button
This will enable generate OTP button, click on the generate OTP
One Time Password will be sent on your registered mobile number
Enter the received OTP and click on the Validate OTP button
On next screen your DDSY Card details will be displayed, you need to verify your details if they are correctly appearing
On the bottom of the page the renewal fees will be mentioned as per the number of members are added in your card
To proceed paying the amount just click on the Proceed to Payment button
On next screen Payment Request Confirmation will be displayed
To proceed with DDSSY Renewal Online Payment click on the Proceed to pay button
It will navigate you to the Payment Gateway Page, where you can select the payment mode from multiple options as per your preference
On successful payment, you will get to see a message Your DDSSY Card is renewed successfully
Below the message there will be a Payment Receipt button, on clicking on that button you will be able to download the Payment Receipt in PDF format

How to Check DDSSY Renewal Status
Once submitting the request for renewal and update of your Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Health Card, you can check the status of your application from the same portal.
To track the status of your application visit https://goaonline.gov.in/
Login with your credentials from which you have submitted your application
Once logging into your account, on home dashboard page your submitted application will be listed under List of all applications
If you are unable to see the application then just go to inbox tab and click on the applications
The status of the application will be mentioned in the status column
To view more details of your application, click on the arrow button
On next screen the complete status will be displayed of your application
How to Renew DDSSY Offline from Kendra
Incase if you are not familiar or having difficulty renewing DDSSY Card Online, then you can also renew your card offline.
Visit your Kendra strictly ON RECIEPT OF SMS on the scheduled date and time as mentioned in SMS
Renewals will be done as per the given appointment (date and time) only. Incase of missed appointment, kindly wait for the next appointment SMS.

How to Apply for Deen Dayal Card from Kendra
The new registration for DDSSY Health Card can be done by visiting nearby Health Center or GEL Office as well as it can be applied online.
To apply or newly register for DDSSY Health Card in Goa via offline mode, you will need to first obtain the application form. The DDSSY new registration Form can be downloaded form the below download link, however it is advisable to obtain the form from the nearest center as the below downloadable Form for DDSSY new registration is not clear.
Once filling up the form duly, enclose the documents and submit it at the GEL or Health Center Office.
How to apply for DDSSY Card Online
To apply for DDSSY Card Online in Goa visit the official DDSSY website https://goaonline.gov.in/
Register on the portal, if already have an account then you can login with existing credentials
Under Services > Click on All Services
Under the Directorate of Health Services Category, click on the Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana (DDSSY) – New Enrollment
On next screen the procedure to apply will be explained, from the same page at the bottom of the page click on Proceed to Apply
Fill details of the eligible person / head of the family
Add the member detailsAdd residence proof details. Note you will need to attach residence proof of minimum 5 years without which your application will not be considered. All the attached documents should be self attested
In case you need to avail concession on the registration fees, Please provide Caste / Income details.
Each member aadhaar card to be attached. In case of minor kindly attach birth certificate if aadhaar card is not available.

Eligibility 1) Any person residing in the State of Goa for five years or more is declared eligible person under DDSSY. Family of eligible person is defined as his/her Spouse and Unmarried children and Dependent Parent(s) / In-Laws (Incase eligible person is female). This Family unit cannot be split. 2) Central/State Government employees and their families covered under government medical reimbursement are not eligible under DDSSY.

DDSSY e-card shall be made available for download only on verification and approval of your application by the respective office. The Deen Dayal Upadhyay Health Card Download link will be available in your Online Goa Portal account upon approval.

Details such as an address, name, gender, marital status, mobile number, EPIC (Voter ID) number, relationship with the eligible person, date of birth, age, caste category, annual income, etc. can be updated in DDSSY Health Card. Additionally, you can even add or delete members from the health card.
If you are renewing your Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana Health Card Online, then it is mandatory to make the payment online in order to process your renewal request.
Every year DDSSY renewal window is opened and while the renewal is open the last date of renewal is communicated through SMS. For DDSSY Renewals for Policy Period 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025, the renewals are open from 4th March 2024 and the last date for renewal is 31st March 2024.
