Accidently i cancelled the Amazon Pay ICICI credit card and waited for 180 days to get new card, but after 180 days also am not getting ‘Apply Now’ option to get new card from amazon app.

Could you suggest me the further steps to get the card ?

I entered PAN and Aadhaar number; received a message on the screen which said that an OTP has been sent to aadhaar linked mobile number. The mobile number displayed on the screen was correct. But, I have not received the OTP for more than two days. I tried “resend OTP”, restarted the application afresh and yet, no OTP received on my phone. There is no issue with my phone–I am getting messages from others. What should I do now?

Hey I have the same problem. I got the Card generated SMS 3 days back. Even I got an SMS saying card will be dispatched soon but could be delayed due to COVID.
But I have not received user ID yet in an SMS.. I even spoke to customer service, they said it will come in SMS only within 48 hrs, but its been 4 days now and no sign yet.
Is there any other way to get the user ID?
