Install & Setup JioMotive Device
Simply plug in the JioMotive Device into your car’s OBD slot, usually found near the fusebox.
Download and Install JioThings app from the Google Play Store or Apple app Store
Input the IMEI number located on the JioMotive box or the device itself, then tap on the proceed button
Enter your car details like Registration Number, Car Name (Set a Name for your Car), Vehicle Make, Model, Fuel Type, Year of Make and tap on the Save
Start your car and follow the next steps. Make sure your car is in an open area with a good Jio network signal.
Tick agree to the terms and conditions of JioEverywhereConnect Number Sharing Plan and tap “Enable“
Tap on “JioJCR1440” and tap Proceed on next screen
You will receive confirmatory message on Screen for Activation Request received by Jio
Keep your car on for 10 minutes drive for 4 -5 KMS in good Jio Network for the device to get activated. Your data will start flowing in JioThings app within 4 hours at max.
If the above message appears, try accessing the app after few hours.
If such error appears, uninstall the app, reinstall the app and run the setup again.
